For You

  • Planning, Research and Guides

Colbrow Homecare approached us in 2020 to assist with a rebranding and brand repositioning project. This included a change of name from 'Colbrow Homecare' to 'Colbrow Care'. Rebranding was to cover all digital assets as well as the entire suite of marketing collateral. As part of this project we

  • conducted a comprehensive brand analysis,
  • conducted a thorough competitor analysis,
  • retouched the Vision, Mission and Values for the organisation to support the new brand positioning statement,
  • created a host of buyer personas for the revised target audiences,
  • created a Visual Style Guide,
  • and created an Editorial Style Guide to ensure the brand is consistently represented across all communication with staff and clients.
  • Logo Redesign

We were tasked with designing a new logo encapsulating the vision, mission and values of the organisation. As a brand asset, the logo had to communicate quality care, collaboration, inclusion and growth. The logo needed to visually express Colbrow as being in the business of "home" and "caring".

  • Website

Our planning and analysis informed the design and development of Colbrow Care's new website. Built using WordPress, the new website's focus was on user experience and journeys through the different funding streams. Considering Colbrow's demographic consists of senior Australians, those living with disability and their families, it was of paramount importance that the structure and functionality of the site made finding information logical and easy, whether viewed on a laptop or on mobile. The website integrates with Mailchimp for email marketing and Zoho as a CRM.

  • Social Media Refresh

Colbrow Care were active mainly on Facebook/Meta, Twitter and less frequently on LinkedIn. These platforms were identified as channels their target audience frequented. Colbrow Care uses Facebook in particular to post job vacancies and Twitter to post information and updates within the care industry. All three profiles were updated to showcase the new look and feel of the updated brand.

  • Brochures

Colbrow Care had an entire suite of brochures they wanted to update in line with the rebranding of their business. This included designing nine new bi-fold and tri-fold brochures. These brochures were transformed to PDFs for digital delivery via the client's CRM. Brochures were also made available in print-ready format for manual distribution.

  • Post Cards, A5 and A4 handouts

An array of handouts were prepared to distribute to staff and clients during post drops and other interactions.

  • Presentation Folder

Colbrow Care asked us to design an A4 folder so that they could present hand-out information to clients and staff in a professional manner.

  • Posters and Advertising Banners

Colbrow Care asked us to create a suite of posters and roll-up banners outlining the various services they offer. These are used at pop-up stalls in shopping centres, at exhibitions, billboards and bus stops.

  • Signage

Colbrow Care instructed us to design office front signage as well as update the decals on the fleet of company cars.

  • Digital and Content Marketing Strategy

We created a suite of digital documents for prospective clients of Colbrow Care to download, highlighting the broad range of services on offer.

  • Marketing: Social Media Management & Advertising, SEO

Colbrow Care engaged us to elevate and increase exposure through SEO techniques and Facebook Advertising.
